This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference, along with any amendments / modifications made by the Company (as defined below) at its sole discretion and posted on the Website (as defined below), forms an integral part of our Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) provided on this website. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the domain name https://www.thecoffeebrewery.com, and applications for mobile, tablet and other smart devices and application program interfaces, if any, (collectively referred to as “Website”), owned and operated by HungerAvenue India Private. Limited.

1. A company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter, referred to as “Coffee Brewery” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”).

The Website is a platform that brings Users to browse and order different food products available in its menu card; to apply to become part of the journey of Coffee Brewery by joining through different franchise models, as per detailed information being available under the Tab “Franchise”, to become a part of the blog community by sharing relevant blogs on food and beverages, (“Product”). The arrangement between the User and Coffee Brewery shall be governed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The services would be made available to such natural persons who have agreed to become buyers on the Website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by Coffee Brewery, from time to time (referred to as “You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”, which terms shall also include natural persons who are accessing the Website, merely as visitors).
3. By accepting this Privacy Policy, You understand and agree to the collection, use, sharing and processing of information, as described herein. If You provide Coffee Brewery with personal information about someone else, You confirm that they are aware that You have provided their information and that they consent to Coffee Brewery’s use of their information according to this Privacy Policy. In order to have access to all the features and benefits on our Website, a User may be required to first create an account on our Website.

Coffee Brewery will retain User Information only to the extent it is necessary to provide Product to the Users. 9.Applicability:
